Thirty days, and downloading the source ends the window. Both halves matter, so both are stated.
Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes what the store does today, written plainly rather than copied from boilerplate. It is replaced with reviewed wording before anything is sold.

You can ask for a refund within thirty days of buying, and you do not have to give a reason.
Downloading Ends It
The window closes the moment you download the source. A download hands over a perpetual, copyable artefact, so a refund after it would take nothing back. Browse the demos and the screens as long as you like before you download: that costs you nothing and keeps the window open.
What This Means in Practice
Decide before you download rather than after. Every edition has a live preview and a product page listing exactly what is in it, and where an edition is not built yet its page says so instead of taking your money.
How to Ask
Through the account you bought with, once accounts exist. There is no checkout on this site today, so there is nothing to refund yet.
